Groupe Investiir is a real estate investment firm with multiple premium domains scattered across separate websites, each promoting its own unique offerings. Investors face fragmented information, diluted branding, and inefficiencies in exploring opportunities. And that's a challenge!

This client of ours aimed to solve by consolidating everything under one unified platform: investiir.com. By centralizing the brand, Investiir transforms its domains into featured products, creating a seamless hub for discovering terrains, chalets, and investment options in Quebec's stunning Laurentides and Lanaudière regions.

Developed by Eugeniuses, the new Investiir website reimagines the online presence using WordPress. We integrated custom mock-ups provided by the client's designer, implemented bilingual content (French as original, English as translation), and ensured interactive features like embedded maps for each domain and phase.

Unified Domain Pages: Each domain (Pine Hill, St-Come, St-Gabriel) is presented as a product with dedicated sections, including details on turnkey chalets and exclusive collections. Users can explore wooded lots, lakeside properties, and panoramic views, all tied back to Investiir's investment expertise.

Interactive Maps: Iframes from the client's Investiir Map project are embedded, allowing users to visualize phases, lot availability, and geolocations for immersive planning.

Bilingual Support: Original French content is complemented by accurate English translations, broadening accessibility for international investors.
